Translation: GPL violation by Chinese Ebook Reader

A hacker, named B13, has found that a very popular Chinese Ebook Reader software, SSReader, has stolen the GPLed DjVuLibre code, which provides high-efficient image compact codec in DjVu format. Along with SSReader, there is a DLL file '\windows\system32\pdg2.dll', in which a reasonable number of strings supposed to belong to DjVuLibre were found.
